Please i have wipe my bb when i click on the wipe it told me that the phone is resting ,so it true off and till now it has not been able to load to the menu ,it tells me restin fail ,please can u help me ,my name is mark am from ghana

Hi, My bb9900 can not subscribe to bb subscription, but can use wifi to browse, and only uses opera mini, whatsup, etc using bundles; while the bb browse is non functional saying contact yo mobile network provider.
Furthermore, bbm ican be logged in but never work, and the mobile network is constantly unstable, it comes n goes.
Please help!

I am using Touch 9800. The phone usually hot in the battery compartment and this is affecting the battery elongation when fully charged. In fact I always charge the phone because of this. Thanks for your response and anticipated assistance

Am using bold 5 but the bbm,facebook and twitter is not working it only works when I use wifi without it the bb apps won't work the only app that works is the whatsapp and UCbrowser and the bbid is also not working.pls really need help
